Refund and Returns Policy Reasons
So much so, our Refunds and Returns policy is exemplary. A refund, return or replacement can be for any of the following:
- Unhappy with your product
- Damaged Items
- Manufacturing defect
- Ring too big or too small
Refund and Returns Policy Time Frame
You have 90 days from purchase date to request a refund. If you report the item within 30 days, it will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
Products reported 31-90 days date of purchase will be refunded via store credit will be available immediately once it’s issued. A store credit can be logging in your account and selecting Extras > Promotion + Credits and it will be applied at checkout. If the refund or replacement is for a damaged item or manufacturing defect, you may receive a request to submit a picture or video.
Refund and Returns Policy Steps
Once your claim is received by Think Goodness, they will review your request and contact you directly via email with a resolution within 7-10 business days. If Think Goodness requires you to send the product(s) back, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label via email that you can print and affix to the package.
Your replacement, refund or store credit will not be issued until the product(s) is received by Think Goodness. For a replacement (exchange), please allow two (2) business days for our warehouse to fulfill your order and up to ten (10) days for shipping.
Customers can submit their request directly on the Think Goodness website, by scrolling to the bottom, under ‘Help’, then select ‘Returns or click the above image which will take you to the Think Goodness Returns Portal on the Think Goodness main Home Page.
You will need to input:
- Your Order Number
- Zip/Postal code
- then select FIND MY ORDER
- Check the applicable box for the product you want to return and click next
- Highlight the reason for your return and click next
- Upload any images you may have, if required
- Select confirm
You will receive a confirmation email that your refund and/or return request has been received. A few days later you will receive further communication and instructions.

- Shipping Costs
- Gift cards
- Sale items, unless damaged or defective
